Unconscious entanglements, inherited emotional patterns and unresolved relational dynamics can silently shape how we love, lead, decide and move through life.
In a systemic constellation, these dynamics are externalized in space and experienced directly.
This allows transformation at the root, where patterns originate.
When what has been unconscious becomes visible, the system can reorganize itself and new movement becomes possible.

Format
Systemic constellation work, also known as family constellation therapy or Familienaufstellung, is a powerful experiential method used worldwide to reveal hidden dynamics within families, relationships and organizations.
In this small group format in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg (Helmholtzkiez), participants either bring a personal topic or participate as representatives.
Each constellation session includes:
5 personal constellations
A maximum of 12 participants
Duration: 3-4 hour constellation session

About Katrinna
Katrinna Paredes is a leadership and intimacy coach in Berlin bridging a decade of strategic leadership and management with deep transformational work.
She spent a decade in management roles at international companies, including six years as Brand Leader at P&G, leading global teams and billion-dollar brands, with additional experience across organizations such as L’Oréal, Lufthansa, Amorelie and SOS Children’s Villages.
