The Room
Each cohort brings together a small group of thougtful, self-aware who want to step into their next level with other beautiful women on their side.
Women who are deeply committed to their life and who value being surrounded by other women wlaking a similar path.
In this room, conversations go beyond the surface while staying lighhearted, in joy in this new (un)becoming.
It is a space where you can speak about the things that are truly moving in your life, the trasitions, the ambitions, the quetsions, the longings, the shifts that often remain unspoken in everyday environments.
A space to be winessed, challenged, celebrated, helf accountable, and supported by women who are on the same verge of their next level.

The Experience
Over 3 months, the cohort gathers bi-weekly to reflect, share what is unfolding in their lives, dropping any masks, supporting each others dreams.
Making sure you taking the aligned steps to your dreams, not letting yourself be held back by your old environement.

About Katrinna
Katrinna Paredes is a leadership and intimacy coach in Berlin bridging a decade of strategic leadership and management with deep transformational work.
She spent a decade in management roles at international companies, including six years as Brand Leader at P&G, leading global teams and billion-dollar brands, with additional experience across organizations such as L’Oréal, Lufthansa, Amorelie and SOS Children’s Villages.
Driven by a lifelong fascination with the human psyche and the unfolding of human potential, she immersed herself in transformational trainings and experience over the past 5+ years, among others:
